   This didn't seem to fix it. In fact, it seems to have made those weird stretched areas even longer for me.

   I'm having this issue with turrets. Their texture gets smeared across the top when I kill them, instead of separating properly (like dismemberment).

   I think hashtags need to be "#Tag" and not "# Tag".

      While that's true, hashtags don't function when not attached.
      Maybe use a comma if it's only for Google purposes.
      But you do you, that's just me two cents.

   Возможно такой баг обусловлен каким-то модом. Я у себя за 1.5К часов никогда его не наблюдал - модов стоит много, но нет ни одного на изменение мешей мобов.

      Попробуй ввести в консоли player.placeatme 11669f. Это Гнилой гуль, к примеру. Отстрели ему любую руку или правую ногу, а потом посмотри на левую ступню. Если все будет в порядке, то, возможно, этот баг от чего-то зависит, но точно не от модов, так как их я все выключал, а также у друга была такая же проблема. Саму растянутую полосу видно только под определенным углом, если, например, покрутить мертвое тело, то будет видно.

      Согласен, тоже самое делал, думал чип отваливается, оказалось я не один такой, тоже нога так глючила у Гуля. Спасибо!

   I have experienced a similar bug with a follower and her ponytail. I wonder if this can fix it.

      of course not, look at the files... it specifically replaces the monster meshes

      Probably even a file/haircut from a mod I guess. No vanilla hair has this issue afaik. Anyway many thanks for sharing this, always bothered me. Finally fixed!
