Got some issues with the blueprint. Maybe this is due to my mods I use or to the transfer settlement mod, don´t know. All mods (DLC) incl Immersive Teleportation esp are there Shall I give a bug report (even if I do not think it is a bug) or may I write you pm?
PM me - likely its a issue with Transfer settlments/the base game and i bet its that the game freezes or crashes on import. Basically sometimes larger settlments can cause this issue (its a recourse issue) and there are some things you can do to get around it. Otherwise if its that some items are missing or not snapped together or like a power issue again this can happen with larger blueprints can be fixed by manually placing and reconnect power lines etc.
Please refrence the description page - Thats not required and its not the .esp its a esl. the version of Transfer settlements I have doesnt filter .esl files. and in any case not having the .esl doesnt mean anything - the script will skip over anything missing.

Wow this is quite amazing. I kept looking at ever screenshot and just being more and more amazed. What is nice is it looks like i could swap some stuff for sim settlements stuff with no issue If i wanted.
