Post any issues you notice, no matter how small, in as much detail as possible in the bugs tab. Strong language helps get points across, long as you don't offend anyone. I'll check them each one by one and see what can/can't be done about them. The important thing to note is not everything can be solved without affecting everything else, because there's just not enough detailed options to make specific changes, but I'll do my best.

UPDATE!!!! Version 3 is out. Much better than the previous. Let me know what you think. If you preferred the old versions, txt files are in the old files section.
You helped me fix some really annoying issues with shadows outside. I'd like to share what I found, to help others.
One issue was pop-in Ambient Occlusion outside; e.g. walking in to Concord and the faces of the buildings suddenly darken when you get close enough.
To fix this I adjusted the setting you mention on this page "fDepthThresholdMaxViewDepth=", you left it vanilla at 500 but if you up it to 8000 than that pop-in is far enough away to not notice it: so that's fDepthThresholdMaxViewDepth=8000.0000 with bDepthThresholdEnable=1
Edited the value to 8000 so there's no pop-in in DC.
The issue which led me to this page was this annoying creeping in of shadows about 25 yards in front of the Player Character; e.g. walking down a Concord street, a building in front of you is lit by the sun but as you get closer a shadow starts to render and extend itself horizontally along the house. Literally right in you main area of focus. This issue was not resolved by the settings you mentioned, rather a different Fallout4Prefs setting in [Display].
The vanilla value is something like 48, I saw online people recommending upping it to 128. That wasn't enough for me; 512 was where the issue was in my opinion fixed. So you wanna add:
[Display] fBlendSplitDirShadow=512.0000
Dunno conclusively if there's an FPS hit for these settings but I didn't see any unusual dips (via Afterburner) and I have settings maxed and resolution at 4k with an RTX3060 12Gb (I imagine this setup would be sensitive to FPS hits if these settings' values were doing so)
Not shilling but following this managed to fix my AO having ugly, jagged edges and also boosted my FPS? Not buy 1 or 2, BUT TEN!! I was running very little fps before this, so thank you so much!! <3
how do i stop AO shadows being broken by npcs moving in front of them, there is a haloed effect of no shadows perfectly outlining the npc or moveable static, most noticable when using iron sights as the AO shadows are removed in an outlined effect
This is amazing. I was getting that weird bug where shadows have a grid or pixelly look to them (if anyone has any clue what im talking about lol). But I guess it's a bug with ENB and the in-game ambient occlusion. Anyways these tweaks completely fixed it and I am so relieved! Thank you!!
New update coming soon, pretty big redo of the settings that makes it overall more consistently good looking, and really doesn't destroy faces this time (some faces got pretty ugly thanks to the ultra low bias) as well as hopefully fixes some edge blur. Will also probably release my tweaked TAA settings soon as a separate mod.
I like to make wall displays for weapons and whatnot and I've noticed that this mod actually causes fairly heavy blurring of and around the edges of my display items. Is there anything I can do about it other than disable the mod completely? I like just about everything else about it.
I haven't noticed that, myself, but I'll do some testing. Haven't messed with this in a long while so I don't quite remember how everything is set up, but I'll see if I can find out what's going on there.
