This is an playable version of a settlement I am working on, I will soon have an updated version that will be more tested on release. If you download and use this city plan please let me know if anything fails to load in properly. Currently the armor and weapon vendor might spawn in late or never. Will upload Blueprint in the meantime.

Current plan for this city plan: Make settlement viable for survival mode and hardcore Sim Settlement play options, make city plan stable with few updates to it. Plans to use more highrise space
A Hangman's Alley City Plan that blocks off the north entrance stages 1-3 and has a Gun Merchant available through the sliding train car door. East entrance with the chained door has a Recreational plot with the lounge room fitting in for pathing. The out of boundaries additions are gore and raider themed decorations with mostly fire based lighting. West entrance has a Martial 1x1 plot snugly tucked in above the undeleteable Junk Fence with a low level machine gun turret. Visible settlement signs on the Boston roadways for the East and West entrances with small additions to the north side boundary. Stages 0 & 1 have the 3 power generator and the 5 respectively as a soft tax for the Sim Settlements Dynamic Needs mechanic with a free turbine at Stage 2 & 3 that produces 20. Has a player bed and living area above the Mayors Office.
