Several Issues now been Fixed, Still resolving it all, This is still a learning experience as I'm the first one to tread these waters so far ... Anyways I have effectively moved the physical settlement border, as well as where it thinks the workbench is, I haven't actually got the physical workbench moved yet, but that's a work in progress. Additionally the border is larger then the green area that is pictured, as I'm also having a hard time getting the physical size of the border to increase, but we will get there. For now though, it's working and able to be used so please enjoy, and stay tuned for updates!!
This is a great mod in the works and can't wait to see the finished product. However I did have a question, if you are having issues with the size of the green border would it also work if instead of using the red rocket station use something a tad bigger? I know the point of the mod was to replace something very unused to something people would enjoy, but if that's the problem then it may be a good workaround. :3
Oh it's def editable, I've now done it the border has been moved check out my screenshots, but it's just figuring it all out, it's like using cheat codes, or using a game genie. Sure they both do the same thing, but the game genie is a crutch that makes the task much easier.
Just wish more people would endorse my work Man this stuff takes SOOO much work, then to see my mods downloaded 2000-3000 times and like 50 people endorsed it kind of hurts, I don't think people understand what I'm doing for them here, especially without GECK it's not an easy task.
I'll be sure to share it with my gaming community they would love something like this. I'll make sure to let them know to endorse it if they like it. And if there is any testing you need or anything like that I'll be happy to help.

You can expect an average of 1% of downloaders to endorse, so don't get discouraged. It's always been that percentage. Just don't post about it in the main description, as that is against the ToS.

Bigtalon where is the read me? When I downloaded your mod and There was no read me in the file just the esp. Are you still working on it or maybe forgot to include in the manual download. I'm having trouble finding the workbench in concord it's gone from red rocket and when I use player.placeatme I can't use the workbench whether I use tgm mode or not. I'm sure I'm just not using it correctly. Thanks for making this mod. I'm looking forward to its completion and kudos for doing it without the geck.
Wouldn't worry too much about the endorsements. I've wanted to endorse plenty of mods, but can't at the time I am on the page initially because of the sites req. Usually, when I think to go back, the site is so laggy I just give up. Pretty sure that eliminates a large number of potential endorsements.
Endorse to download? Most mods I download I delete after seeing them... I endorse mods when I use them a lot and really like them.... If your mod is good people will endorse.
Yeah I find the "endorse to download" idea kinda ridiculous. If you have to endorse a mod to get the download, then every single mod and every single user will endorse; your downloads will also probably take a hit. It takes away the significance of an endorsement.
Also, you should really only endorse a mod if it works right and you like it imo. You're not obligated to endorse - but it does help the mod authors when you do.
Hey man, could you make this downloadable via mod manager? I'm not that good at installing mods myself, and I really only use Vortex. If not, I can try downloading it manually, but if you could make it compatible with Vortex it'd be greatly appreciated.

But, manual install is pretty easy in this case as the file only contains one .esp. Download, unpack and drag'n'drop the esp inside your data folder and then activate in Vortex's plugins list, if and when Vortex has such a thing. I'm sticking with Nexus Mod Manager (Vortex's predecessor).
Just be careful with this mod as it uses the WorkShop from the nearby Red Rocket Truckstop, which isn't a very good idea, since moving a Workshop to another place (and especially into another cell) can cause some serious errors in the game...
Keep in mind the mod was made mere weeks after the game's release, before the Creation Kit was released and when really nothing was known about how the game worked or reacted to some changes.
Like your idea. I hope you will make it so it can be downloaded my NMM also. I am tracking your progress. Would love to use this mod. But I am not comfortable doing manual downloads.
