Well, I use Fallout 4 - Texture Optimization Project alongside ENBoost and ShadowBoost, gets me upto 40 in sanctuary. I feel like that's playable. If only we had better specs!
Not at all. It will add another save. Just open the game and load up that save. You're old saves will be perfectly fine. Let me know what you think of my builds.
What I do is first build a pylon/connector where I want it to be and I build the next one right next to it. Then, I move that one as far as I can, basically till it's red and I move it slightly back to place-able condition. I get maximum distance by doing this

This one is fantastic, and I bet you learned a lot while creating these.
Maybe a Lite version with it's own unique twists.
What matters is:
Not too high of level
, not too many random quests done
, not too many mods used.
Yours are the best around man, seriously A+
Do you know the large area with a lot of trees? It's a beach i think.
Check your PMs.
If you want i can look into making the game reset but that wouldn't be that logical
