Description: A simple yet sturdy sign ready for your words and directions. I made this rather quickly but I think it looks ok. I'm working on getting this in-game as a settlement prop with actual words and arrows. If you know how to add custom settlement props please drop a line or comment. Otherwise, cheers.
This is a MODDERS RESOURCE and not an actual mod; it is simply a 3d model file.
3D Model Formats included: Nif, object, maya, fbx
fully-uved with map and sample jpeg and psd file
Permissions: This model is 100% free and can be used for any purpose, personal or commercial.
You can use this resource in any game you want. Garry's Mod, Fallout 4, Fallout 3 New Vegas, etc. Again this is a free asset. These games are only suggestions. If you're making an indie game and need models, this would work for that too! Go crazy. If you manage to make this into a mod, whoever you are, you have my permission to upload to bethesda.net or other websites. I only ask you credit me for the 3d modeling work.
