This is a CTD fix for NovaCoru's Homemaker - Expanded Settlements Mod.

Homemaker - Expanded Settlements version 1.73 should make this Fix obsolete and unnecessary.
All credit for this mod goes to NovaCoru as the original author.
I'm simply uploading this so that others can stop getting CTDs when scrolling/mousing-over the military/BoS fences section in the workstation menu.
I have not done extensive testing with this fix, but based on my initial testing it seems to have fixed the CTD, i'm not a modding expert I just decided to try my hand at fixing this mod's issue myself so there might be other bugs/crashes i have not yet experienced.
all future bugs/issues should be directed towards the author's page here: Homemaker - Expanded Settlements as i am not the original author.

This fix replaces a mesh that comes with Homemaker - Expanded Settlements with one that has the fixed snap points.

2) After installing Homemaker - Expanded Settlements Download and install this patch.
Manual Installation:
1) Download and install Homemaker - Expanded Settlements
2) After Downloading and installing Homemaker - Expanded Settlements Download the Patch and Extract the file to your Fallout4/Data Folder and overwrite.
