Hi, Id like this for the awesome building but youve removed the actual nice beach and replaced it with ugly rocks? If I install this can I "markfordelete" with the rocks to get the beach back? or just install the building? .... Correction now that I bit the bullet and installed it to get a better look, WOW. You have put heck of slot of work into this settlement. And the beach is still there with very clever use of those blue transparent floors..which mod are they in?! So I couldnt see the beach front in the photos. I love it, thank you for sharing it. Endorsed and Kudos 👍💜
Thanks...no rocks were added. Some might have been removed though. The landscape is from a mod called "clean and simple" from memory Jenncave was the author.
thank you for the info. I have had a crash but rebuilt the game since I do back up files regularly. I have clean and simple installed but seem to have lost the extended square boundary, where I remember during setup I could even chose the colour of the border in build mode. Do you know which mod this is since I have clean and simple installed but have lost my extended settlement border!!
This looks pretty nice. However, there are some minor things that aren't clean which could be adjusted/changed.

Thanks for the suggestions. Always happy to see what people have created, so yes please; more links would be appreciated. I placed these blueprints on the nexus because they represent both a record of where I've been in my various playthroughs and hopefully serve as a useful starter template for those that wish to download my designs.... for that reason, I don't use a lot of clutter and keep the standard fairly uniform across all my settlement designs... maximum settlers, happiness and resources whilst also keeping it fairly simple for those that wish to modify or re-purpose them.
In my real life, I live in an old house in a seemingly constant state of renovation...some items are over 140 years old....some items will be hopefully finished in the next week or so... so I don't find the mixture of grunge with pristine alarming....kinda like a mirror of my current situation :D.... Thanks again.
