I toggled clipping to look around since in the undercroft there seemed to be a way to get back to the island displayed on my pip-boy local map. I found another part of the cave with 2 exits that had a block between it and the spawn, which means the only way out of the undercroft without using the console was to touch the stone and get shot out. what was the purpose of the extra exits of the undercroft if you just sealed them up? I also toggled clipping while on the island around the mansion and found a door a little bit below ground that the pip-boy labeled as the entrance to the undercroft, but I could not activate the door to change cells? any reason for this? All of this out of curiosity.
Not necessarily a quest, but there is a backstory of sorts with an extra bonus to be found! It's not super hard to find, but you will have to look around!
Very good housing mod. I had been looking for a new one for another playthrough and this caught my eye. Disappointed that it was in Far Harbor, but fully decoratable! YAS! Too many can't be customised, but I took hours to build everything in just the right rooms for me. Great housing mod.
Yeah, you are correct, but in FO lore, Dunwich is the name of a family... just sayin'. They probably did it to avoid being sued for straight up stealing material. I know that permission to use Mythos-based material is all over the place - some things like the Hounds of Tindalos are basically public domain, while Anything the Lovecraft foundation got its mitts on is copyrighted (and they're kinda famous for raising stinks about it).

If it does have a quest it will be an excellent addition to Kremvb's tooth and 'The Children of Ug-Qualtoth'

Cool nonetheless to have a pre-war home at your hand
However; if I may be forgiven a moment of horrible nerdishness: Dunwich was the town, Whateley was the family
