have this mod plus the original mod. still having post war lab coats show up with vault suits underneath. Don't know if I did something wrong but help would be appreciated.
A great patch, but is there any way to fix the decals from AWKCR? When applying the other Vault numbers, they don't retain the shiny texture and have very wonky edges to them. I was hoping this would fix that but no luck :(
Thank you for this patch... Loving the screenshot btw. I haven't installed neither of the mods yet. I was wondering, will I also be able to select color swaps for the Security Outfits with this? I really don't want the black.
There's a number of reasons I don't particularly want to maintain patches for Xbox, mostly in relation to keeping them updated, especially since I don't play on console.
Hey Radbeetle, thank you very much for the patch. Is there a chance you could add a patch for Fourville (and maybe other mods that add their own vault suits in the future) so it integrates into the look of VOR? I might look into doing this myself, when I finally get around to the testing and patch-making phase, so if I do manage to make a patch on my own I could also send it your way.
I can look into it, sure. In theory it shouldn't be too hard but sometimes I say that and run into the stupidest of problems, lol.
I'm not sure how many mods are out there that would need this kind of patch but I have just recently installed Fourville so I'll just start with looking at that one when I am able.
Hi radbeetle. Thank you for this patch, everything is working perfectly.
I am trying to do something though and I thought perhaps you could lend a hand. I am trying to make the option of the belt On/Off in Vault Suit Redux + your Patch work on the following Vault Suit mod:
It works partially actually. The golden stripes work on Post-War Vault Suit and the belt shows up on it. The only problem is that when I take the Post-War Vault Suit to the Armor Workbench I don't have an option of "Belt > On/Off, as it does for Vanilla Vault Suits.
My guess is that there are some entries I could add to Post-War Vault Suit in FO4Edit that could enable that option, but I don't know what entries those may be.
So radbeetle, by any chance, do you know what I need to add in xEdit to make the Belt Off/On option show up in the Armor Workbench for it?
I assume the post war vault suit from that mod is a separate item? If so, you will need to copy over the belt mod keywoard (under KWDA) and belt mod attach point (under APPR attach parent slot), both should be prefixed with RB_. There might be some more stuff needed to make it compatible but i think that's most of what you'd need?
radbettle I freaking did it! Me like a noob (which I am when it comes to editing stuff like AE patches, I started this yesterday lol) was trying to edit the Post-War Vault Suit entries instead of editing your AE Patch.
What I did was I set the Post-War mod as another master of your Redux AE Patch, entered theArmor codes of the Post-War mod into your AE patch (which nullified everything in-game for Post-War, letting me know your patch was having an effect) and then again in FO4Edit I selected the Post-War original mod entry and the new Post-War Armor entry I made in your AE patch and passed on all the entries of the original Post-War to the Post-War blank entries in your AE patch.
THEN and finally, I selected one of the Vault Suits in your patch with CTRL + Left Click alongside the Post-War entry I added in your AE Redux patch, making FO4Edit show me both of them side by side, and added each keyword entry you have in your Redux patch for "belt something" to the new Post-War armor entry and THAT did it! Now I have the option for Belt On/Off in the Armor Workbench for Post-War vault suits.
If this mod's still running, do you think you could make a VIS-G patch as well? I'd do it myself, as I hate to ask others, but I'm not fully sure if I'd do it right. I'm not good at modding.
unfortunately, I don't know anything about vis-g, as I don't use it. I was told by someone using the AWKCR & AE patch that file does work as a vis-g patch as well (but as I don't use the mod, this is untested)
There is a conflict with the covenant security uniform. The back has the 111 and the front is using the vault tec logo. XP could you possibly update to resolve the issue :D
