This looks like a pretty extensive build; lots of creativity in such a small area. I'm downloading it now. I love the idea of above ground exposed vaults like this. By the way if you're looking for a mod that will increase your settlement build limit, DDProductions83 has one that's called "Increased Build Limit Enhanced 4K" I'd link it but don't want to do that without permission by the mod author of this settlement mod. To say the least it comes in handy when wanting to build more in your settlement but hate the limit imposed. I've used it for well over a year now with no issues.
I will offer more feedback after installing this mod blueprint. I can tell already that it's impressive. I don't see why there aren't as many downloads as there are total views.
The main characteristic I liked most about this mod is that it's so much bigger on the inside than it seems from the outside; there's at least one of every type of room; it takes some getting used to finding where certain rooms are and even then they're well grouped together. The turrets are in good defensible positions and it has all the necessary rooms a vault ought to contain. The only major issue is how settlers actually gain entry into the vault settlement. The ramp leading up to the vault door is just high enough where settlers would have some difficulty stepping up onto the ramp and the matter of the frame housing the vault door is also too high for settlers to walk up to open the door. I haven't yet seen whether settlers can open the vault door or not. Other than that, great planning of the rooms, just enough windows not to give that claustrophobic feel that most vaults tend to give.
