Overview
Adds the Railroad as a playable faction for Sim Settlements Conqueror.
Features
Unlike many of the factions in Fallout, the Railroad is not a true military force. They are a spy organization focused on stealth. This means that most of there member are not true soldiers. This is reflected in their ranks, Recruits and Tourists lack any true military equipment; while the Field Agents and Heavies have high-quality equipment for there lesser numbers.
Ranks
-Recruit: The Railroad's fresh recruits yet to prove themselves enough to officially join.
-Tourist: informants and sympathizers for the Railroad, These are the lowest and most numerous of the Railroads ranks.
-Runners: Those that do the majority of Railroad runs and those that run safehouses.
-Field Agents: Veterans of the Railroad, field agents are sent out on missions that are considered too dangerous for runners.
-Heavies: The Railroads true soldier, heavies are expert combatants and are the best the Railroad can offer.

This is my first mod ever
I am willing to listen to suggestions, but I have the final say
I will likely not add decoration, mainly because I don't use them
I will try and keep this updated with new features added by Conqueror
