Summary
Adds 3 methods to craft the HalluciGen Gas Grenade, duration scaling based on the Science Perk, uncapped level, a new Mine variant, and protection against the HalluciGen Gas based on certain armors peices.
Update v2.0
Before you update from v1.0 into v2.0, please clear out your inventory of the HalluciGen Gas Grenades and the HalluciGen Gas Mines.

There are 3 methods to craft the HalluciGen Gas Grenade/Mine. You can craft two at a time. Note the requirements.

Gamplay
HalluciGen Gas Grenade / Mine
The HalluciGen Gas Grenade/Mine are now level uncapped (vanilla cap: Lvl-50). Duration now scales with the Science perk.
(Science-0) Uncapped & 45 secs.
(Science-1) Uncapped & 60 secs.
(Science-2) Uncapped & 75 secs.
(Science-3) Uncapped & 90 secs.
(Science-4) Uncapped & 105 secs.
HalluciGen Gas Protection (v2.0)
Certain armor pieces now grant protection against the HalluciGen Gas. Here is a list of those armors:
Far Harbor:
Diver Suit
Inquisitor's Cowl
Marine Tactical Helmet
Vim Green & Red T-51 Helms
Nuka World:
Pack Elephant Helmet
Pack Jaguar Helmet
Pack Buffalo Helmet

HalluciGen Gas Mine
Identical in appearance/effect to the Gas Grenade. But, it works as a Mine.
Miscellaneous
The HalluciGen Gas Canister and Ruptured HalluciGen Gas Canister are no longer junk to avoid accidental scrapping (located in the MISC tab).
Mod & Creation Club Support
Want to include a new armor not from the vanilla game to grant gas protection? Use FO4Edit.
Add the armor piece into the FormIDs section.

Compatibility
8-vanilla edits in total specific to the HalluciGen Gas Grenade. FO4Edit is the best way to see what is incompatible.
If you can't use it, then verify the following in-game:
Gas is uncapped (beyond vanilla cap of lvl.50)
Frenzy duration scales with Science perk
Gas canisters (including ruptured) are in your MISC tab
NPC's equipped with protective gear (see list above) are unaffected by gas
