This mod changes all the Dogmeat’s sounds to my own made text to speech sentences and add some backstory about it.  

This mod mainly replaces almost all Dogmeats sounds, barks and yawns to Text to Speech sentences I made myself. To make more than sound replacer mod I added the backstory to it Dogmeat talking that you can find in some of the terminals across the Commonwealth. The Dogmeat now has a mind of his own and story of his own, making him more than a Kellog sniffer. The lines contains many jokes, often sarcastic. It uses Microsoft Sam voice. 

It should be installed with mod manager (I use NMM Community Version, but should work with Vortex) and the sound files must be within Data/Sound/FX/NPC/Dogmeat and esp file must be enabled in the data folder.
It should have no problems with Everyone's Best Friend and Players Comments. Other Dogmeat changing mods have not been tested. There could be issues with the mods that adds custom entries to game terminals, but I can't confirm that. This should not affect the other NPC Dog sounds, like Vicious and Raider Dog. 
You may also find some new objects in two places - they are tied to the story told in the terminals. 

EDIT: Unfortunately some rabid dogs do use the custom voice lines, and I had been looking in CK, but I cant figure it out so far. If I will not be able to solve this, I will make a another custom terminal entry to justify this bug.

Why?
I don’t know ,maybe I have misophonia and I want to make something funky with a story. 
Is Dogmeat a synth or a robot now?
You can start answering that question by checking the terminal in the Red rocket stop terminal and search for the answers from there. 
How is this lore friendly? 
I tried to explain his robot voice in the terminals as game friendly as possible.
If the Dogmeat speaks in robotic voice is the Brotherhood of Steel and Institute aware of this?
Yes they are and the reasons for them not attacking him can be found in the faction owned terminals.
Why is there is no quest to find all the terminals?
I honestly don't know how to do that and it's just optional story puzzle solving and visiting some locations. 
There are GRAMMAR mistakes in some of the lines and terminal entries!
Jawohl mein herr  Mein kommandant. I am aware there could be some that I have missed. If you are so inclined report and I will fix them. 
Why there are some sound files in the game directory I never hear in the game?
Its mostly Idle Assorted lines that Dogmeat makes all the time in normal game as sounds and while I am sad I have to mute those lines they will make a hell of sound spam. 
Why the lines are so quiet or so loud?
I have hearing issues. Everything is too load for me these days so I can really tell when it's too quiet. I also don't want Dogmeat to take over all audio in the game. 
THE MOD IS NOT WORKING!!!
Check first if the esp is enabled and the sound files are in the correct place as described above.
THE MOD CRASHED MY GAME!
If you have game script logs enabled and you can prove by it, or  disabling mod helps you Ok, otherwise investigate before saying so. This  mod itself uses no scripts. And the bugs be better reported in comments section not in bug reports. I will update the mod if there be any demand from that or I see something bad myself.

N.B If you find any of these text to speech very out of place of for you - you can always just replace them as the wav files are bare in the mentioned folder and replacing them should be easy with own text to speech lines. Replacing the terminal entries - then you need Creation Kit which is free anyway, 

Update log: Volume level was evened for all sound files. If its too load now then use the old version.
