So I've been Really busy lately with my study and making a full on game on the side.. I kind of abandoned the modding scene for a while, but I'm not gone yet! I will keep maintaining my mods and look in to requests, just less often the I used to sadly.
I'm also thinking of re-building Light flares and crazy raiders when I got more time and experience! With more features and better quality, while keeping it lightweight.
This is a great mod. Could you add a way to make the flares burn longer, and maybe get launched from the fireworks launcher? It would be a great way to light up the settlement during a night attack.
How come the "chemlights" don't use any chems? How to make a chemlight IRL, forgive the Fallout speak, is: 2 plastic, 1 acid, 1 antiseptic. You can easily heat plastic by a fire to make it bend and even melt them together to provide a seal. Although it is conceivable that you'd also want to use cork in order to seal the acid and antiseptic while you're making it because you'd only want to combine the acid and antiseptic when you want light.

yes, there was a name change at some point. I called it neon stick for lack of knowledge, then someone pointed out the actual name of these items "Chemlights"
I can't get the handheld flares to work. I've crafted all the items, but both of the handheld flares keep saying "missing required ammo" even though I have 50 flares in my ammo list.
Yes these were still WIP, I couldn't get them to work either but after testing I apparently forgot to remove them before uploading. Will look in to this as well :)
Hm I think I've been following this mod since it first came out. I've downloaded it again and noticed that companions cannot equip the throwable flares. Is it possible to include that?
