    I wonder if you could possibly improve the Prototype Railway Rifle that Terry tests with Tinker Tom to have its own set of modifications?

    I had a thought of the Sole Survivor having an "Idea" with the Prototype Railway Rifle if they get it off Terry. Being inspired by the explosive malfunction, possibly making the Prototype Railway Rifle into the "Megaspike Rifle" by changing the ammunition it uses and bumping the pressure up.

    The Prototype Railway Rifle becomes a High-Powered, one shot "Railway Sniper Rifle" that can be improved with higher-quality ammo as well as other mods that are either shared between the Railway Rifle or exclusive to it.

    does anyone experience that Standard & automatic Receiver of Railway Rifle to deal no damage after installing this mod. also if you check in Weapon
    crafting station, there's no damage if you equip standard or automatic Receiver

    Edited: Now that I see it's both spikes and rivets, just curious, what's the difference between the two? As a railfan, I prefer spikes plus it looks hilarious when you spike things up with them.

      Well rivets are fasteners, just like spikes, but they aren't impaled on something but is done at a holed pieces of stuffs.

      That being said, in the context here, its actually the common trope of Rivet-Guns as weapon, and what makes it different to standard spike is that it shoots Trap-Rivets, which explode on proximity.

      Rivets does make better sense to use, it would be hard to keep that spike straight after it left the barrel. And exploding rivets works for me too … LOL. Very nice work on the overhauls, I will probably use most of them except maybe Assault Rifles and the Sidearms because of 10mm model (it's too unwieldly looking). To me, those are out of place and a bad direction by Bethesda. And if the focus was on power armor assault rifles, a .50 cal would have been a much better assault rifle for Power Armor or the Mini-Gat both found here on the nexus. And of course, your mod the Pepper-Mill Crank Gun. Thank you for sharing with us!

      Might be because its now a heavy gun.

      I could just put it on the Trap Rivet.
