Just kidding. But eh, if you ask me after what you did. You've basically done your job man. :/ The new textures added was overkill to be frank. But if you really feel like coming back to this at any date whatsoever. Maaaaaaaaaybe make it bigger? Maaaaaaaybe give it a nice cool plain brown color? I don't know. I'm kind of giving out these ideas since the author of the other shoulder bag mod hasn't exactly made compatibility between his and the "hidden pip-boy" mod(and other certain ones) and doesn't seem to do anything about it anytime soon. This is just a mere suggestion in the end and it's all on you since it's been awhile since you've done anything and you're most likely over it. But if otherwise, make sure you consult with Eferas, the other guy I mentioned just in case, since my suggestions are 'suggesting' to mimic him and the way i'm putting it sounds like i'm trying to derail them in somehow as I proofread this :/ if you catch my drift
But anywho, either way i'm very grateful for your work on this and I hope everyone will get to hear from you in the future! Cheers! >:3
I would love to see this bag to be seen / acquirable somewhere in the leveled list (doesn't have to be moddeable). As much as I wanted, for the longest time I stayed clear of all backpack/bag mods because they require you to craft them, and at chemisty stations for most of them at that which doesn't feel immersive for me(crafting in general). So if one could find this bag maybe placed carefully, or even just 1 (not like Scribe's Backpack mod where you get 9000 in a bag) somewhat in a lore-friendly manner it would mean so much to me. Great mod and hopefully you would consider my suggestion.
The newest addition is that the name of the Post Bag changes depending on the used modification Something like "Post Bag with small pockets" or "The Postman with deep pockets"
I should really stop coming back to this and adding this minor stuff -.-
Minor update to the main file Added optional compatibility patch for Crafting Workbenches if you use the mod and want to move the bag from the chem station a more fitting station added by CW.
And that's all for now. As long as nobody find some stupid unexpected bug this should be the last update till we get the official tools. (At least as long as I don't decide to add a carry weight bonus to the normal post man uniforms)
Time to see what other clothing and head wear can be made more usefull \o/
Edit: Like everywhere else, Fo4 Launcher disables mods. Setting plugin.ini to read-only should fix this.
You don't have to but it also creates needed entries automatically in the inis. If you are using NMM everything should work fine but I noticed once that it didn't create the materials tag in the fallout4.ini. I checked the download but everything works fine. Do you have other mods that work? Only thing I can imagine is that your fallout ini is missing something.
Texture mods don't use esps and just replace textures that's why they still work. Your problem seems to be that it doesn't recognize any esps for some reason.
Btw ... just to be sure ... you are not using the Fallout 4 beta patch, are you?
It is possible and actually pretty easy but not supported by me because I think the bag should have a drawback especially with the next update and I plan to use the bandana slot for actual useful head gear.
If you have the will to do it yourself you can use FO4Edit. And change the used slot from 41 to 50. Keep in mind that using this will create ugly clipping depending on what armor you use. Also, from what I've seen there are some armors that use the bandana slot and are incompatible.
Nice thanks I like that its craftable and doesn't need another addon to make it so, also the upgrades are a good idea as well Works nice looks good consider yourself endorsed
I also kind of like that you used the chest armor slot because it adds a little balance to the game in being able to carry so much more. Though it would work with more armor types (and probably clip) if you used the wedding ring spot
Using the chest slot was exactly for the reasons you mentioned, balance and the clipping. And as I plan to create more mods of this small, lore friendly and simple kind I want to save up the wedding ring option for times when it's really needed like purely aesthetic stuff.
Well it was uploaded a a few hours ago so no wonder I missed that. Also it works different from mine, without drawback and not craftable. So I don't see a problem for now.

Well, it's only for pre and post war look but still the frame work for future additions is done.
Honestly I have no idea what else to add. Am I done? What do people think? Was it worth it?
Till next time on the Lex' Post Bag Show.

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MATERIALS\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\
Something like this.
Another thing is that you didn't activate the mod itself in NMM. It has to be checked in the plugins tab.
edited : I got a same problem with Armor Modifications Expanded mod. It's not work for me too.
did you press the eve of the power armor helmet in the launcher?
It shows a list of active mods. See if the mods are activated there.
Your problem seems to be that it doesn't recognize any esps for some reason.
Btw ... just to be sure ... you are not using the Fallout 4 beta patch, are you?
The beta patch does not allow esp mods and disables every esp that's not vanilla.
But thanks anyway
Edited : I will get rid of beta and see how it goes...
Now you can upgrade the Post Bag to a legendary item. Not for free of course but it ups the butt protection.
Time for a new project.
Added something for hoarder types. Two possible upgrade at the armor station to increase the carry capacity even further.
Maybe I should change my focus to helmets and gas masks now. Or a legendary Post Bag. We'll see.
Or maybe a tip on how to do it? ;d

For your interest, while there's already a very very similar mod, yours is craftable which is a plus for me. Cheers!
