Sorry, no. There is a right-handed loading/ejection mod for the vanilla lever-action rifle by hitman47101 though, and a bullet counted reload patch for it from User_1664022 here on Nexus.
A full answer is beyond the limits of this thread. I suggest you Google for related FO4/Skyrim modding tutorials on the net. Examining existing mods with non-vanilla weapon meshes may also be helpful.
A short answer would be - use Creation Kit or FO4Edit to assign a new path for the mesh you want to substitute the vanilla mesh with.
Find the Sniper Rifle EditorID number with the ~HELP STEADY 4 WEAP command. Then add it to your inventory by using the PLAYER.ADDITEM XXXXXXXX command.
I have already converted it for my own game. It took less than a minute in the CK. I plan to move the gun to Far Harbor. I don't know where, yet. I suggested an esl as an option you could give to other players. They're going to ask.
