There's a lot of cool artwork/posters that you have. Where are the Corvega (the pin up changing a tire) and the girl on the motor bike from? Are those in game or mods. I am trying to track them down and just not having the luck. Also the poster of the girl at the gas pump in image #8. Thanks.

OK. Thanks. I have looked at those in the past, after all. I think what makes me stay away is the fact that it is a replacer. I like the mod, every thing looks great. I just prefer to have the option on what gets replaced because I really like the originals as well.
This is a fantastic player home. I love the decorations but unfortunately, there's just too much of it for my potato rig and it tanks my performance. Going to try and trim some of it down a little. Endorsed none the less.
Glad you like it! Yeah I've got a mid range, and it drops my frames a little bit unfortunately. I tend to scrap more like inconsequential bushes, dirt, etc from around sanctuary and it helps a bit. Thank you!
I really like this build. It comes across, to me, as the essence of what settlement building was supposed to be: Building something nice and livable while not getting away from the fact you made it all out of salvage. Well done!
