I think I can help, adding ballistic weave to an outfit just requires attaching a "parent slot" Open your outfit in CK, look in the bottom left of the info screen, you should see a box that says "attach parent slot". right click on the box under it and select add. You are looking for the entry that says ap_Railroad_ClothingArmor. Select it, hit OK and it should now appear in that box. save the plug in and you should be good to go. Hope this helps. .
