Just a heads up but anyone using this mod, all of JennCave's mods have been deleted. I imagine it has something to do with Nexus' latest thing about not allowing mod authors to remove/delete their mods, so any mod that has the Start Up Croup Manor most likely will not work unless you already have it.
Quick question, is Clean and Simple Croup Manor a hard requirement? I'm not trying to use this vanilla or anything, I just have the Clean and Simple All-In-One file.
I don't have any Clean and Simple whatsoever. I installed this blueprint over the Vanilla structure and it works just fine. I did get rid of a few of the added doorways, though. Just put a regular wall in their place. This is an excellent blueprint! I've had alot of fun building on it.
I am curious about pathing and settler behavior. Are they pathing correctly? Are they turning into zombies at night? I had the zombie problem when I used Jenncave's.
What I mean is that Croup Manor was famous for settlers that just stopped what they were doing at bed time and stood there until time to wake up. Beyond that I had it happen at a couple other Jenncave settlements that weren't known for that.
Wow I never knew that, I did remove all of the the zombie ambush spots on my build so it probably never happened to me, I did that in build mode and with scrap everything installed, as of yet I have not had that issue.
That's a pretty elaborate layout you've got there.
I have to ask though, what texture replacer are you running that turns the vanilla gray walls yellow? I know that's not what we have in Snappy, and I see it all the time in builds.
Holy cow, you used the wallpapers on the entire exterior of that thing???
Wow!!! That must have been fun.
I just assumed it was a texture replacer, as I see those yellow walls in builds all the time, although it's usually a much darker, more mustard-looking color.
I tried to just wallpaper the exterior of the main building back to the bluey grey, but for some reason the wallpaper would not cover the walls, so Yes I wallpapered the entire build just to keep the colour scheme
Oh? The original house wasn't grey with the white trim?
The wallpapers won't snap to the vanilla walls unless we still have them in the mod using the vanilla nif file. If they have repaired windows, and such, we don't override them because it would add nice, unbroken glass to all instances of that wall everywhere in the commonwealth. The wallpapers would probably only snap to regular walls, and doorways, and not much else at this point.
Edit - I see now, the mod you used as a base doesn't use the original house, or they did but used a material swap on it to turn it yellow.
Yeah, that's why I stated I had used jenncave's building and colour theme in the description, because jenncave changed the colour of the main building inside and out, which meant a lot of wallpapering of the exterior to match it.
