   Some people would argue that Hancock should look like other ghouls and have no facial hair...
   But then you need to realize that he became a ghoul as a result of an experimental drug he tried, which could make any changes different.
   Heck for all we know Hancock's man bits were unchanged xD

      lol yeah exactly he wasnt ghoulified the old fashion way that's why he should have a unique look in comparison to other ghouls
