Pulse grenade also cripple combat inhibitors and synth's head

Permissions and credits
Pulse grenade is very useless in fallout 4. Even molotov with enough ranks in demolition can be better than it. So I tweaked something to make it cripple robot's combat inhibitors and synth's head.

* When robots have their combat inhibitors destroyed they frenzy.

* Turrets are also affected

* Synths with their heads crippled will have their accuracy reduced. 


Not op at all, lore friendly, logical and fun to use.
