      I haven't tested any versions of the replacer, so I can't say for sure. As long as the replacer is pointing to the same meshes as the original mod by EvTital, there shouldn't be any issues.
      My mod only changes the ingame mesh to a bodyslide mesh built on your preset. It has no ESP and does not change any functionality of the original mod.. If you're having issues with the replacer, please direct your support requests to that mod's page.
      I'm sure Svarttjern's a nice person, and there have been many people using all three mods together without issue. Good luck and have fun!

   This is kind of a dumb question but...if I converted the original Biohazard ESP to an ESL, would this still work with it?

      It shouldn't be an issue. As long as you didn't edit the ESL to point to different meshes, it should work just fine.
