DISCONTINUED
Do whatever you want with this mod.

Features:

- Only base health amounts for PC and NPCs from start to the end of the game.
No more level-up bonuses and hidden gains
: unaffected health pools even after level 100 (No more 10 minute long face shooting fights on high levels).

- Player base health is now 100 hp  (vanilla is 80 hp); every Endurance point gives you +20 hp.
Invest in survavability perks and armorsmith to live longer than your enemies (no perks changed).

- Slightly increased health pools of weakest humans (low-level raiders, BOS soldiers e.t.c) up to 75 hp.
No more raiders with less health then a radroach. But they are still junkies, so: 75% of Vault Dweller's health for them.

- Every significant NPC is now scaling with Player Level.
+/-10% variation of payer's level based on enemy type strength; which means enemies are now always using tough leveled armor, weapons and abilities against you:
fights are deadlier, loot is more rewarding.

- Some vanilla fixes for enemy names, factions, flags, perks, abilities, gear and loot
(nothing is up-scaled, just fixed; stuff like: some ghouls were missing "Immune to radiation" perk, or some Gunners' dead loot was actually Raider's dead loot, disabled bleeding effect for robots, turrets and gen 1-2 synths, e.t.c)

___________________________
Nothing more, nothing less

Clarification:

For now, some of non-significant and quest-driven NPCs are untouched, like: Diamond City Residents, Bunker Hill unnamed workers e.t.c. This might change in a future.

Maybe I'll add an alternative version without Health feature later, but I can't see much point in this: to be surrounded with bullet sponges.

First installation:

1. Make shure you have all DLC's (I do not think that I will ever create "no-dlc" version)
2. Istall the mod
3. Load your save or a new game
4. Put on or use/drink anything that will affect your Endurance [for hp update] (take it off in any time after this)
5. [Optional] Wait for cell reset (better in some lonely area)
6. You are good to go

Recommended mods:

Fallsouls - Unpaused Game Menus
No VATS Overhaul

Conflicts:

- Any mod that changes Player or NPC leveled health scaling
- Any mod that changes NPC or Encounter zone level scaling rules

Uninstallation:

Should be safe (no scripts)
1. Uninstall the mod
2. Put on or use/drink anything that will affect your Endurance [for hp update] (take it off in any time after this)
3. [Optional] Wait for cell reset (better in some lonely area)
