Anyone having blown up character heads and you have "buffout 4" and "looks menu" installed, there's an option under "Compatibility" that you need to set to "true", it's location "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\Buffout4\config.toml" Open with notepad or something similar and save once you've made the change.
Make sure you download the other halo mod and it will work a bit it seems the size of there head are different the facial hair is not loading for gorge kats hair does not change and her lips are black
