Any mod that modifies the vault suits in any fashion will make this not work, very unfortunate as the default Bethesda versions are very dull and boring.
You'll need to go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Fallout4 and open Plugins.txt and Loadorder.txt and add the name of the .esp there after Fallout4.esm. Best to make those files Read Only afterwards. Make sure your game is set to load plugins by modifying your .ini files, easiest is to use the Fallout 4 Config Tool by Bilago for this you can delete the tool after it's done configuring your settings.
You're better off downloading another mod such as Armorsmith Extended to get extra modding options on your clothing and armor. It should already allow you to do this.
Guess so. I searched for Ballistic Weave and Vault Suit stuff but didn't find a mod like this so decided to just make it real quick. That does make this mod kind of redundant then but man what a bloatware. >.< File I'm personally using is like 1kb modifying vault 111 dirty suit only.
Well obviously a file modifying one single thing is going to be very small and if that one thing is only thing you need then saved space is allways nice, but really 61mb is pretty much nothing in this day and age where dick space goes from 100gig to multible TB:s

set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1
I don't have (or want) mod managers. I just want some drop-in files that work, nothing except the ability to add ballistic weave to my vault suit.
and thank you for making this one.
It does the same as this and so much more
