always had to move them to a separate container before i do the "move all junk to workshop" so that i can sell them for their good prices. Now with your mod, i don't need to anymore! Thanks! 10/10
awesome! would you consider adding cigarettes to the mod too? this would be literally EXACTLY what i imagined a few weeks ago. thank you again, will be using either way! endorsed
Make a suggestion of using a FOMOD installer with Check boxes for what to scrap/not scrap?I use Northland diggers, which uses pencils, adjustable wrenches, ball-peen hammers, blowtorch, screwdriver, battered clipboard, typewriters for making its workstations. . . things it seems the game likes to recycle first.
Well, this is already done by some mods sortings, such as "Valdacil Item Sorting" or VIS-G, which is the evolution and improvement of Valdacil Item Sorting, cigar boxes, cigarette cartons, cigars and loose cigarettes, the money from before of war, silver, gold and copper ingots that are very valuable in store, and many other things, are prepared to "not throw it away" in these mods.
I personally never used any sorting mods because it looks like I need to download a whole bunch of compatibility patches just to get them to work with other mods, so I made this with the few items mostly for personal use or for anyone else who has no need for sorting mods.
I use Simple Sorter. Small Script, and there you have the best item sorting mod. It doesn't change item names, just adds tags to them and you only need one esp.
I have a few suggestions regarding other possible "junk" items that shouldn't really be labeled junk, in my opinion. Off the top of my head, I can think of things like military-grade circuit boards and the mini nuke components found in Gorski Cabin. Feel free to let me know if you'd like other suggestions, or if you'd prefer not to receive any. Once again, good work on the mod.
I really like this, other sorting mods are way too big and require compatibility patches.
That being said would you add any more unique/collectable things? And things like coffee tins which you might accidentally scrap but are actually more useful in a crafting recipe outside of workshop mode?
This last thing is a bit further from the original mod but, would it be possible to make things like Technical Documents (and any other things that only start spawning once you're looking for them) always spawn? It's a bit weird to me that they suddenly appear, realistically they would always exist wether you have the quest yet or not.
I honestly have no idea how to make something always spawn, that's a little outside my capabilities atm, sorry, but if you can give me a suggestion list on ones you'd like to see removed from the junk list I can get to it as soon as I can!

Sent you some kudos.
The only thing I'd also add are some bronce, silver and golden items like bronce/silver/gold bars and maybe silver/gold lockets.
But I guess since it's 5 years old there is no hope for an update anymore. xD
Now with your mod, i don't need to anymore!
Thanks! 10/10
It's about time someone made something like this.

Thanks a bunch!
