Uhm.... A Japanese video game series ??? First, I don't think you need me to tell you that Japanese and Chinese people look fairly different from one another. Second, I've lived in Japan, and I know full well that in many media representations of themselves... they tend to give their avatars more rounded eyes, and so forth. Finally, if it is indeed a game, a Japanese game, no less, that you are referring to..... I really don't know how this supports your point.
What I think is that your preset doesnt look Chinese. If you found me a picture of an actual Chinese girl that looks like this, I would tell you....."she doesnt look Chinese". It's not rocket science.
Don't install with manager, download manually. Then extract json file inside "Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets". Must have requirements: Script Extender and LooksMenu. From a quick look inside the preset file, all of the face parts are from the vanilla game. So use whatever mods you have(custom face textures, LMCC, Eyes of Beauty, etc.) and change it to your liking.
