v4.6 Changelog New Additions: MCC Additions: -Keystone Helmet (called Mark VII in game) This has the base color options (no camo), and most of the helmet attachments available for it.
Custom Armor pieces: -Mark VII Body (4 options) -Mark VII Shoulders -Mark VII Knees -Tracker Helmet -Crusader Helmet -Expedition Helmet -Tracker Utility -Molle System Utility The Mark VII Body has the two normal color options, but also has a Tertiary color option now(base 30 colors, no camo options). The Tracker, Crusader, and Expedition helmets function the same as other custom helmets in the mod. The Tracker and Molle System Utility are functionally the same as the Enforcer Utility, I just wanted to add some variation to it.
Custom Footstep Sounds: -The Mark VB and Mark VII body armors all use new footstep sounds from Halo: Reach
Notes: -The prototype armor sets are no longer craftable at the workbench, but ther are still in the game. Working on some new ideas for them, so they're a WIP at this stage. -Backpack/Torso options may clip with the new Mark VII body. I will not be making variations of those to fit the new body better, as the Mark V(B) armor is still available.
nothing you can change in xedit to fix the volume, but you can switch the footsteps it's using to the default ones in the armor addon entry. You'll need to do this for all of the 8 of the "base" armors (Mark V(B) 4 arm variants, and Mark (VII) 4 arm variants)
I'm working on sourcing a new set of footstep sounds for the next version, the ones from Reach didn't quite work as well as I wanted them to!
Just select the mark V armory .esp when you open xedit, select the .esp again when it finishes loading. You'll see an option that says [Armor addon], click on that and you should see all the armor IDs and names. Search for the ones that are named "aa_Mjolnir_Armor". After clicking on any one of those, scroll all the way down on the panel on the right to where it says "Footstep sound". Just double click that (xEdit will ask you to confirm) and then use the combo box to select the default footsteps. Do the same with all 8 variants of "aa_Mjolnir_armor" and you're set. Also don't forget to save.
Love this mod, never had a problem with it, didn't know it had any problems, except sometimes the visor changing colors and the night vision makes it so you cannot see ten feet. But I don't use it, I use leo, neo and eco and add all enemy version and they are red and green. Also get the armor way up there. :) Anyhow fine with it the way it is. Nothing that can't be worked around. And the visor, I'm not nit-picky and don't care. Thanks for this mod.
Hello! I really love this mod and all the customization it offers, however I am a little disappointed by the lack of visor colors. Is there any chance that I could work on adding more colors as its own separate mod? Are the visors even your creation? If not, where did you obtain the files for them from. I've never worked on a mod before but something like changing colors seems simple enough to do for a first attempt. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
Mod works great, found a pretty cool "feature" i have 2 mods, one is a back pack and the other allows me to make items legendary, i have that backpack with +10% movement speed but it didnt equip, so i kept spamming it and noticed that my carry weight was going up by a bunch, so apparerntly it kept stacking the effects of the back pack weight.... and the speed, my current walking speed is approximately "Mach f*#@"
I really like this mod. I don't like how there's hardly any faction edit mods that give them the armor from this specific mod. I don't want to have to get multiple mods that add the same thing, but no one can agree on which halo armor mod should be "The One" that gets used for faction overhauls. There's the railroad and institute coursers ones, but then the other factions are all different halo armor mods from this one. I wish I could mod so I could make those missing ones myself. It's silly how we have so many different but the same armor mods for Halo armors, but then there's only 1 mod for halo weapons, that being Misriah armory. I want more Halo weapons too lol.
What mod was used to get the heavy machine gun in the image where the guy in orange spartan armor is holding it? I really wanna have Gorge's gun in my game lol.
Also, I added the energy shield patch (Yes i have the required mod for it as well) but when I type the command the console tells me that "energy" is an invalid parameter, so I can't figure out what the code is to spawn the energy shield.
A bit of a far fetched idea but is there any plans for a Bodyslide option for these mods, i hope that i am not repeating what other people commented and requested for this as a feature, great mod tho
