This is the old version, with the "For Distribution in Vaults Only" text. I tweaked some things here and there to make it look better, but for the most part it's the same as what was uploaded years ago. Install either this or the new version.

Added some details to the front fins, removed the Vault Boy on the back. Might find a better place for him later, dunno.

Install with Vortex or whatever. Craft at the armor station under Pip-Boy, just like you would a CC skin.
