1.4 adds an assortment of new options with one new design containing three variants. This update also greatly expands the options of ankle socks available. 1.2 adds four Halloween themed socks and four recolors of existing socks. 1.1 adds four ankle socks and three recolors of existing socks.
Make sure to run BodySlide so the mesh doesn't look off!
So I've tried using this with some modded outfits and they all seem to de-equip the outfit when I put on the socks meaning my options are very limited. I do have armorsmith installed. Do you know of a work around to get it to work, or of any modded outfits that work with it?
The fastest method to wear any outfit is to use FO4edit and open the esp or esl file containing the outfit you want to wear with the socks. Then you will need to find the outfit under both 'Armor Addon' and 'Armor'. Note: if you do not edit the outfit in both locations then the game will crash due to the mismatching information.
You will then need to edit both 'First person flags' and deselect '37 - [u] L Arm' and '39 - [u] L Leg'. Then save the changes. After that, you should be able to use the socks with the outfit.
All ankle socks have a distorted texture pattern. I also tested this by cutting down the high socks to match the size of ankle, testing in game revealed the same outcome. People mentioned an old update fixed this issue, hopefully i find this by tonight.
DId u fix it out? There is the same problem to me.When I wear the socks,It must to be distored or mangled.BTW,I use Marie Rose race,Isn't the race cause that?
Noticed the same issue recently as well on the striped knee socks. The stripe will get distorted and will warp around depending on how you move the camera... Which is weird since I've used this mod for awhile with no issues. Also seeing a weird glitch with another textured mesh inside or near the sock.
Edit: I figured out my issue. It was an issue with ENB for me.. which was weird. Edit 2: its an issue with ENB's Complex Parallax. I fixed it by saving the spec map texture as BC7
I've added a quick edit, as it ended up not being as complicated as I initially believed. Note: The textures will be warped and there is a chance for clipping.
Good mod, except the socks themselves clip through the back of the knees seemingly no matter what I do. It looks fine in OutfitStudio, but once I actually equip them ingame they clip anyways.
There are two things that might be happening for you. One: you might need to use a mod like Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE. Or the most likely option: OutfitStudios is not saving the changes correctly due to the way vortex works. One way around this is to delete the meshes folder in the mod folder itself so that the starting mesh doesn't override the mesh generated by BodySlide. Another way is finding the updated mesh after using OutfitStudios and overriding the mesh in the meshes folder to make sure the new mesh is used.
I've added feet-less versions of the socks (except ankle ones) to the plugin, to go with rollerskates etc. Want me to upload it somewhere for sharing here?

If you want to reduce knee clipping Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE type 2 will help!

Is there any chance of getting a dirty version of these?
I found out already.
