Not sure why or how, but the arm bracers have a weird black texture instead of the metal texture it's supposed to have like in the images. I'm also using the JDS CBBE conversion and left arm fix. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might cause this?
Try reinstalling the mod. Invisible armors mean you are missing a mesh. Unless you're trying to equip this while playing as an IKAROS android, in which case this mod would need to be patched for it to work. If reinstalling with your mod manager doesn't work, try installing manually.
I don't and never will use a mod manager, installing manually didn't work. Reinstall didn't work. I do own a real copy of Fallout 4 on steam. Starting to get on my nerves.
Then why are you here? Doesn't seem like you respect the modding community very much with that kind of attitude. Quite frankly, I'm not sure if you should be evolved with mods at all if you're going to be so closed minded. I could probably understand you not wanting to use a manager because of complexity, but do you honestly expect to install any mod like a DLC and think it would work just because? Seriously, I didn't think people could get so arrogant.
Either quit complaining and learn to install mods properly, or don't post at all. I can't stand people with self-entitlement.
man normies are so annoying. "jUsT DoWnLoAd a MoD MaNagEr". NO. you add nothing to the convo and fixes. so f*#@ off normies that cant even mod their own games so they have to use a 3rd party installer.
Look at this stout defender of the helpless. Good luck installing/uninstalling multiple mods without bricking your entire game and having to do a fresh install, all because a 3rd party installer is too much to comprehend.
It's one thing to fight which mod manager is better, it's another stupid thing to not use any at all.
mod managers are the best thing that ever happened to modding fallout for me, removing the need to dig through your data folder to uninstall mods is a godsend, and here you are waffling about "i dont and never will use a mod manager"
Need to replace the first 2 digits in the number with the load order number, which is unique to your installation. In Vortex, go to Plugins, find this plugin (TFRangerGear.esp) and check the mod index number. Replace the two first digits in those codes with that number.
