Looks nice, but one thing I never did like were the builds where the buildings were all shiny - clear glass and smooth steel - but the interior items are rusted and damaged. Clean and shiny beds, but the shops are of a ruined nature. The bathroom stalls are rusted and dirty, but in the same room the sinks glisten. If all were shiny it would work for me, or if all were rusted.
Thanks for the kind words. These settlement transfers might be seen as a template for your imagination... assuming the basic shell is something one can work with of course.
Personally, I like that particular vendor mod, but if I were to become aware that another exists with the same level of detail, I may start to utilise that mod. The plain counters present in my settlement store menu, whilst being relatively clean, don't do it for me.... but I have seen my builds customised with clean replacements... you do you, basically...I'm cool with it as submitted. The bathroom stalls in this build are in the ruined building, the grunge seemed a good fit. The sinks I saw as being recently acquired.
Bit like my RL home.... some is grungy and well loved....other parts are recently added...but then again, I live in a perpetual state of renovation. (The money pit demands constant upgrades). Thanks again :)
