Adjusted how much damage the Player deals and takes on all difficulties.
Lowered amount of damage NPCs deal to each other. They now deal as much damage to each other as the Player deals on Very Hard. This change prevents NPCs and Companions from having a bigger impact on combat than you do, and was a much needed balance change with health scaling disabled.
Adjusted feet health to balance how easy mines and other explosives cripple legs.
Removed non-feral ghouls from list of races immune to bleedout, so friendly ghoul NPCs can die from having limbs dismembered.
Packed scripts into a BA2 file.

Player health boost is now added through a script to increase compatibility with other mods.
NPCs take bleedout damage over time until they die after losing a limb.
Races immune to bleedout: feral ghouls, robots, insects, and creatures with an exoskeleton and lots of legs.
If an NPC loses a limb and you exit the area, the NPC will die upon your return.
MCR now requires the "Brawl Bug Fix" due to the method of injecting scripts into NPCs. This fix is included in the "Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch" mod, but if you for some reason don't want to install that or if you don't have all DLC, there's a mod with only the brawl bug fix.
