Big  Institute Weapons Made  Smaller

Version 2.3 contains everything resized and corrected shot/aiming alignment (previously the beam/projectile would hit just below the dot). The trade-off here is that the reflex sight and iron sight will clip through the body of the weapon slightly.

I've kept version 2.2 up (without the aforementioned aim alignment fixes) in case anyone doesn't want them.
