**ABOUT UPDATES FOR THIS MOD** Thank you everyone for all the feedback and endorsements, I really appreciate it. :)
I'd like to apologize to anyone whom I've not replied to, and to those who I might not reply to in advance. I also apologize to those whom I've kept waiting for so long for an update that should've been much better and more thorough, but I've recently found myself not wanting to work on this so much, maybe it's because I've stopped playing FO4 for now. I don't know.
But either way, I'll stop updating mod past version 1.46 UNTIL I get the urge to work on it again.
2024 UPDATE: I still will not update this mod. HOWEVER, I'm just giving a general permission to anyone who would like to modify or port this mod to Xbox. As long as credit is given you can do whatever you like with this. :)
I would recommend creating your own from scratch though, seeing as this mod was made pretty messily and might be a hassle to modify and/or understand the structure.
Hi there, thanks to 6maniman303 and speaker60 over at the https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47043?tab=description (this mod pairs perfectly with this one btw) this has been technically fixed.
Step 1: Download this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aINwxk5y0Qd91C82KF1geaLlE6T-CId8/view?usp=sharing Step 2: Navigate to your Dir/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data/Interface folder. Step 3: Extract my updated containermenu.swf file into the Interface folder, accept overwrite and this should fix the problem for you. Any issues, lemme know, will try to help out.
Either one of the requirements or the main mod are making my game unable to launch. I can press launch, but right before I get to the main menu the game closes. I assumed it might just be a poorly optimized PC, although after trying to fix that, I still have the same issue. Idk if anyone else has had this issue but I'm wondering if anyone that has had the issue figured out a fix for it or something to make it work.
Just had to uninstall the mod and end up using a different hud mod. Strangely, after downloading this and the required mods and uninstalling them shortly after I have no hud at all. Even without the other hud mod or actually any mods installed my hud doesn't show up and I have to rely on only the pip-boy.
help! i cant use esp explorer this mod keep saying nonsense like "!!OPENESPLIST!!" i did use the patch but with without it doing the same annoying problem.
EDIT: so i fix it to myself by installing the ESP Explorer *2019 version* then let HUD76 overwrite ESP Explorer *2019 version* then install ESP Explorer *2023 version on Update file* and overwrite the 2019 version.
I did exactly what the installation instructions said:
1- Download and install HUDFramework 2- Download DEF_UI and install it using a mod manager, make sure to select "DEF_HUD" option in the installer. 3- Download and install HUDFramework DEF_UI compatibility patch from the same page as HUDFramework 4- Download this mod and use a mod manager to pick your options 5- Bingo!
It doesn't work because of the constant conflicts that keep happening when I do install the mods in the above order. I installed DEF UI with just hud to both that and inv. Hud framework's compatibility patch just becomes redundant and gets taken out of the picture. Afterwards, F76 UI Hud Replacer itself comes into multiple conflicts with all three mods.
The result is a messy installation of the UI Hud mod that causes it to not work right.
main menu not working , other things works fine with fallui. (just install hud76fix and F76AdditionalUI from f76 styled ui skin mod) works fine with this mod.
Are you playing on NG? F76 Styled UI Skin mod says it is broken in the NG update, which is the one I'm playing in, so it would be good to know. Also, instead of installing DEF_UI I should install FALL_UI? help ;-;
i am playing Next-Gen version , you can install both fall-ui and deff-ui with right load order. when installing this mod in mod installation settings remember to keep all main menu settings off.
