This mod convert Frankfranky's all six pair unique footwears from Oldrim to Fallout with open permission
All six pairs are refitted into nakrulz's CBBE high heel mesh and occupy bodyslot 33, which is the main outfit slot, more detail on bodyslot please refer to Bodyslots usage for FO4.
With that being said, you will need some cloth mods (See recommendation section) to cover the rest of your body unless you like to walk around wasteland in naked high heels,
