If you read the requirements for this mod you'll see that you need: Arcade Workshop Pack Nuka-Cola Collector Workshop Both available via Bethsesdas Creation Club (accessable via the menu when you start the game)
Never tried creation club before but I just spent an hour on it and going directly to bethesda.net and couldn't find either of those files. Kept telling me 0 results. I did try the direct approach through the game menu. Your file is there but it wouldn't let me download it because it said it depended on other files. Unfortunately those other files weren't there.
Nice idea, but due to the external creation club dependencies, I'll be taking a hard pass on this mod. Perhaps, one day, you might rethink your mod and create a version that is complete unto itself without the need for any creation club crap.
