   This mods dirty i suggest cleaning it people other then then i wish this were introduced into other mods that effect that area

   question, does it need to be Jamaica Plains Expansion V3? or are other Jamaica Plains mod ok for use (I use Clean and Simple - Jamaica Plains Startup for instance)

      Actually, no other mods are really required, just recommended. I recommended Jamaica Plains Expansion V3 just because it's one I've personally tested, but pretty much any other mods should work. If there are any conflicts (there probably won't be), just make sure my mod comes later and it should be fine.
