Changes the manhole in Vault 88 to lead to Jamaica Plain.

Manhole location changed. See description and picture for info.
Vault 88 has a manhole that exits onto a street near Milton General Hospital. Unfortunately, it is overrun with Super Mutants. This mod simply changes the exit location just slightly to the East. The manhole now leads to Jamaica Plain. If entering the vault through the Jamaica Plain side, you can find it between the bus and the house that contains the workbench.
A word of warning though. Jamaica Plain has a LOT of feral ghouls. But it is a settlement, and once you clear the town of feral ghouls, you shouldn't have to worry about it again. Just build some defenses for Jamaica Plain.
Yes, in theory, you COULD enter Vault 88 for the first time through Jamaica Plain, but that wouldn't do you any good since the room you enter into would be blocked off until you progress through the workshop quest and clear the barricade.
SOFT REQUIREMENT
I highly recommend installing the Jamaica Plains Expansion V3 mod so that you get the full benefit of my mod. In the base game, only a small portion of Jamaica Plain is buildable as a settlement, so you should definitely use the Jamaica Plains Expansion V3 mod to be able to use the entirety of Jamaica Plain.
