    I hope you don't mind me using the files to make a new mod, i won't publish it but the mod has no ESP/ESL so its not useable.

    Looks good! But to put the next modification only for the sake of a few fans, few people will. These things can perfectly fit into any global mod of the construction and decoration. And if they are in 2 versions (pre-war/post-war) and will add happiness to the settlement - will be all great!

    Does this replace the old fans? Inject new fans into the world?

    It's a really neat idea, I've always thought it was strange how every person before the war owned exactly the same fan :D

      You might want to add this information about a modders resource up front, or else people will think they did something wrong with their installation. ;)
