You can try lowering some of the values even lower to help. I used this today and its immediately helped my performance. It also could be yer mod list tho if you've got a heap.
Hey, I'm just wondering if this would be allowed to be ported to Xbox/Beth.net, as well as if it would even be possible to do that? You mod seems to work wonders for PC so I couldn't imagine how well if would be for console.
from what i know, as i mainly used to play console, console moves extremely smooth. and only if you have a max loaded mod order will you experience bouts of freezing, although extremely rare. this mod doesn't seem necessary for console

I had between 35 and 40 fps in Boston City and now I have 75 fps stable, seriously thanks this mod/guide is the best in optimization, The only thing I would not recommend and that I did not do was to disable the vertical synchronization, this will make the game very unstable so I do not recommend disabling it

Previously on my pc i5 10400f rtx 3080 32gb ddr4 ssd 3.5gb/s I had frame drops on the highest possible settings mainly in downtown boston 40 fps and 50 fps diamont city mall. Even though my gpu and cpu only ran 40-70% at 1080p Now after changing your settings I have 75 fps all the time practically without any drops in any demanding location thank you for your help you are amazing. Bethesda should hire you to optimize their games!
