who the f*#@ is doing these shitty ass "weightless x item mods" fken nexus gets flooded with these under 1kb files of shyt and now there is almost every item in F4 already modded to be weightless.. fken ridicolous. no need to take this personally bcause you are not the only one, but only YOU can work for the better, so do it now!
People ask for something, or want something specific and other people make it happen. There were no mods for just Artillery smoke or Vertibird signal, so the only right thing to do is to add them.
Both of these being items that could and should be New Vegas style target painters.
