I like the idea of this. It always bugged me how all those thousands of containers in the world had NOTHING in them. I'd understand if all the ammo and stimpacks had been picked clean, but spare bits of wood and screws, too? C'mon.
I have a suggestion that might be outside the scope of what you're trying to do but is within the spirit of it, at least. When I first started playing FO4 on PS4 there was a mod called Hunter's Moon that added more realistic amounts of meat to animals you'd kill. Instead of a Deathclaw giving only one pound of meat, you might get a hundred pounds or more. Radstages might give you 50 pounds of meat and so on. Plus animals would drop more bone, leather, oil, and other resources, as appropriate. AFAIK there's nothing comparable to this on PC. It'd be nice if someone could bring those features over. Perhaps it's something to consider for this mod.
Oh yes i used one of those mods on Xbox it was pretty good. I have been planning to overhaul all loot drops in the vanilla game from everything, I want to make it more sparse so that the mods I make will fill it in. I will have to research how much these animals would weight in real life to get a realistic amount of meat, I could also add in new types of meat, new bones, scales, shells, pelts and other stuff like as it always bothered me when looting a creature that i just got a chunk of meat.
Cinedelic Ya existe un mod llamado: ''More F-in Meat'' (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6629) para cosecha más carne.

There is a mod called Need Meat that will give you more meat for each kill. A radroach may give you 1-3 in vanilla. But the mod will raise that to about 10-15 plus animal oil.
Yes I've been reviewing all of the levelled lists, I will create a load of new items for drops, things that you would likely find on a certain animal, Gatorclaw gets meat, scales, claws, hide, gauntlet.
i have a question, does this add them to settlement build lists as well? i like to spend a lot of time building and useless creates are kinda annoying. granted they look nice, but if i cant even interact with them, whats the point of them? >.>

I just hide and rescale other types of containers (that work as containers) into things that I want to act/work as containers and rename them appropriately. For example: I often use vault crates and put them inside wooden boxes I want to work as functioning containers and just rename the vault crate into something suitabe like "storage crate" or something... it's possible to have them clip through just enough so you can still interact with them through the wooden box. If the vault crate doesn't look good clipping through in some type of a box, or whatever, I'll just look for one that works for me and rescale it.
Sure it might be a bit meticulous at times but I do so much building these days that I'm not bothered that much anymore.
Any way you can make these containers also available to build with? This would be an awesome mod to use for decorating and storing equipment in the proper container around a settlement. Would make builds look far better. Unless I'm missing something already and they are available to decorate with lol.
Do you need versions 01, 02 and 03 for full functionality, or does version .03 include the stuff from versions 01 and 02? The descriptions are ambiguous about it. ^^
Awesome concept! I'm a console player so I'm not able to try this out, but I really like the thematic approach. Requiring keycards for the better containers is nice, and replacing AI lights with container versions that allow the player to pilfer lightbulbs and screws and such is a really neat twist. Good stuff here; hopefully it takes off and people don't miss it.
I had a thought that it'd be interesting to see the cars replaced with container versions that give the player oil, gears, nuclear material, etc., but I'm not sure if that would even work. Also I'd like to ask if there's any possibility for a console version.
That is possible as I have seen mod like that before, I After I will will overhaul crafting and add in new items, types of items and recipes. The recipes in the vanilla game are way to simple. Certain items would require allot of parts to make. A console version will be done.

So...
Do we still know if this mod breaks this precombine/previs -stuff?
Any idea yet if that's the case?
I wonder what exactly would happen if two mods edit the same containers?

Anyway thanks for the suggestion.
