Spoiler: When I look at walk-through videos on youtube, it shows people activating the fancy machine multiple times (and not just once there and once back, but multiple times in both places). Mine seems to disappear after the first roundtrip. Anyone else? Not a huge deal, as I can play multiple times by deleting and re-downloading.
Yes, the mod only have an esp because it uses only vanilla assets. As for the ctd, it's probably from a mod conflict, maybe a problem with some textures or a settlement related mod. It could also be a performance issue since this mod adds a lot of stuff to the area... finally have you tried it on a save where you haven't unlocked the settlement yet / where you have already unlocked it? I tested both without problems on my end but it could be worth a try.
Not sure if your still having trouble but I think I found the conflict. I was getting ctd just like you so I compared your load order and mine and found the trouble was Scrap Everything. I disabled it and can now get to the quest.
I knew I recognized that odd atomic statue...thing. Nice to see you're back making settlements! Yours are certainly some of the more unique and interesting ones!
Always look forward to your settlement mods- I've played them all-the view from your Red rocket (Nr Sanctuary) mod is still my favourite, cant wait to play through this too.
Dude! This looks pretty serious - and time travel TOO?? I'm seriously considering trashing my settlement and installing this. This is a wicked cool mod.
