Hello, everyone. I'm here to let you know about this prefab before you install it.
(What is navmesh? It is a navigational mesh that includes pathways for ingame characters such as companions and NPC's for them to move to a certain area of the game such as interior of buildings walkways etc)
This prefab is indeed functional in terms of placement and building inside, however it lacks any form of navmesh for companions or other NPCs in this game, so only you may enter this prefab building. Nonetheless, it works.
I cannot promise that it will work for the majority of people out there. There have been bug reports regarding this prefab creating manyissuesin people's games, includingcrashes. The disadvantages of this prefab includes the fact that companions will be unable to enter the building because it lacks a navmesh.
So, a clear cautionto the next gen users and anyone else who wants to install this prefab: it may cause problems with your game.
I'd like to see a mod like this where settlers better auto repair, tidy up settlements dwellings over time, they seem to some degree in sanctuary. Not like pre-war levels but things like roofs, wholes patched, windows replaced or boarded up or something seems more immersive. I also surprised there aren't more settlements willing to ally that have walls or captured strong building and or some barricades trenches etc, even use of natural defences like hills, radiation thick forest at the very least to keep all the wild ravenous animals and feral ghouls from just wondering in at any moment. you can't argue stealth thing as everyone just wanders round in plain sight, hammering away, not tunnel or bunker networks or operating at night or just indoors or something. Its not like they have many modern day distractions like phones, computers, media, TVs, sports teams, entertainment acts. Apart from the odd sale or bit of travel Pretty much the majority of their time is taken up by survival, so you think they'd spend more time fixing s#*!, building defence rather than just farming wandering aimlessly and bitching about petty stuff when you should be thanking every day you're not some ash, an irradiated mess, a raiders piñata or part of someone's or something's b&@*$ and/or dinner. Literally the most whiny dysfunctional bunch of ingrate NCO characters, fine I get some of em are depressed about lost love ones but some of them are just utter Cunts considering your saving there ass, giving em free house & board, weapons, secuirty under the hardest circumstances. You know just saying Bethesda.
Before all thanks for the mod super idea but I have the house redone after the war is great.
But my question is the following I see the house in the creation menu I clean the site where I want to place the house but I can not validate the placement of the house an idea ?.

Tried to uninstall this mod but the game crashes on load even on older saves/characters regardless of what I do. Also this mod really needs to have a version without the workshop as that part I'm pretty sure is screwing up my settlement build menu.
Hi, I just downloaded this mod and it shows up fine but I have a problem where the ruined Post-War version of the house is still there and they clip through each other. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi, I am having a small problem with the original items in the house overlapping the new ones. I have two countertops, one from this mod that is obviously from pre war, and another that is all rusted and crappy looking. I also have two fireplaces, same problem, and the floors are not coming out like the screenshots. Any ideas?
I don't have the mod but it could be because the items that you can scrap from vanilla Fallout are still there, what I would do is disable the mod and scrap everything inside the house then activate the mod again. Or this could be a bug that I don't know about because I haven't downloaded the mod yet either way hope this helps!
