- гончие и мутанты потеряли часть здоровья и урона
- более плавный рост урона/защиты по уровням
- в противовес ослаблению врагов - больше шансов встретить более сильных мутантов, чем раньше
- станет ли игроку проще или труднее воевать с мутантами - покажет только время)
- так же врагам добавлено несколько новых вариантов брони (на скринах. простите за качество снимков, играю на калькуляторе)

- various edits for clothes and outfit lists. added several items that were not in the lists (screenshots). / - поковырял брони и аутфиты. поудалял из листов предметы без моделей, добавил несколько предметов, которых не было в листах (типа шлема из протекторона).

- increased the number of FEV grenades when crafting from 3 to 4 (one sample of the FEV is still required, other resources are increased proportionally (4 flasks instead of 3, etc.))
- syringes and grenades FEV increased damage and reduced the duration of action (syringes were 60 damage / sec for 10 seconds, steel 100 damage / sec for 6 seconds; grenades were 40 damage / sec for 10 seconds, steel 70 damage / sec for 6 seconds). This should positively affect the use against regen enemies (Behemoth, Mutants Commanders). Damage is inflicted in less time, the enemy has time to recuperate the smaller number of HP.
