1. make sure you installed all the listed mods from the descritpion page, use LOOT if you want to optimize your load order 2. extract the .zip file you´ve just downloaded 3. locate your Fallout 4 data folder Harddrive:\Programme(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints 4. create inside the "blueprints" folder a new folder with the respective slot number - in this case "5" 5. drag and drop the extracted .json file into the 2nd slot you´ve just created
Ingame:
6. open your pipboy, select items, miscellaneous and activate ["Settings] Tansfer Settlements" 7. in the holotape select "[Import a settlement from a blueprint]" 8. Finch Farm should now show up at slot 5 9. follow all the instructions listed within the holotape
and thats it, have fun
ps: if any objects appear to be missing (missing walls, items etc. pls post it)
